Export Your Transaction History from IBKR

Log into the IBKR Client Portal. Navigate to Performance & Reports → Flex Queries and create a new Activity Flex Query. Add these sections: Trades, Cash Transactions, Corporate Actions, Transfers, and Transaction Fees. Set the date format to yyyyMMdd and separator to semicolon. IBKR limits exports to one year at a time, so run the query separately for each year if your history is longer.

Convert to TrackinV Format

IBKR exports data in its own format via Flex Queries. Download the TrackinV CSV template from your portfolio page (Bulk Import → Upload CSV).
