Welcome to TrackinV ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our portfolio management platform and services (the "Service") operated by Thomas, located in the Netherlands.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

TrackinV is a portfolio management platform that allows users to:

• Upload and analyze investment transaction data via CSV files
• Track portfolio performance and asset allocation
• View investment insights and analytics
• Generate reports for personal investment management

Our Service is designed for personal portfolio tracking and analysis. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional financial services.

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service.

When you upload transaction data to TrackinV:

Under Dutch law and to the maximum extent permitted:

• We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any investment losses or financial decisions
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service
• We are not responsible for data loss due to user error
• We cannot be held liable for third-party service interruptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch consumer protection law.

Either party may terminate your account:

• You may delete your account at any time through your settings
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms
• We may terminate accounts with reasonable notice for business reasons
• Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
• You remain responsible for any activities prior to termination

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved according to Netherlands jurisdiction.

For EU residents: You retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence as provided under EU consumer protection regulations.

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication before pursuing formal legal action.
